RULES & ETHICS

All distance Rally'ers are required to stop by Registration for sign-in & packet pickup on Friday evening or Saturday morning. See schedule.

Please attend the Welcome Meeting where JayP will cover pertinent information for all riders and answer your last-minute questions.

On Saturday, sign-in & packet pickup will be at Sherman Park in Victor which is also the start/finish.

RACE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Helmets are mandatory. Period.
Front & rear blinking lights are mandatory and required to be on at all times.
No personal vehicles or follow cars allowed on course.
Aid is allowed by fellow riders or event staff only.
Pedal-assist e-bikes are only allowed on the Fun Ride course.
No littering. If you or a fellow participant drop a bottle, food wrapper, or other non-organic material please pick it up.
Ride safe, follow the rules of the road which are open to the public, and be aware of your surroundings.
For your safety: Headphones that prevent you from hearing your surroundings are not allowed, e.g. one earbud is allowed, not two.
Be kind, respectful, and courteous to all riders, race staff, volunteers, and the public.

REFUND, TRANSFER, & DEFERRAL POLICY

REFUNDS:

JayP's Backyard Series has a no-refund policy. You may either transfer your registration to a lucky friend or donate the fees.

TRANSFERS:

The transfer of a registration from one person to another is allowed. Simply email tprides365@gmail.com to make a transfer request. Please have the rider you wish to transfer your entry to included in the email. A $10 processing fee will be applied. Transfer Deadline: June 20.

DEFERRALS:

We do not offer deferrals to a future event. If you are unable to attend, we recommend transferring your registration to another rider by emailing tprides365@gmail.com by June 20.
